Vibrant Health! believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and we maintain a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. For those who have little or no Chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Before you come to our office for your first visit, it is important to check on your health benefits. If you have insurance, there may be limits to the number of visits and the per-visit fees. Every plan is different. Our office will provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance for you unless you have been involved in an accident. In that case, please bring all relevant information to your first appointment. Unfortunately, Dr. Moore is not accepting worker’s compensation cases at this time.
For patients who have little or no Chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have Chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay out-of-pocket, as they discover Chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable. Please see our fee schedule below for our monthly payment plans.

Health on a Budget
At Vibrant Health! we’re convinced that investing a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset, your health, will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money, please contact us. We can help! The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. We encourage you to take your health very seriously. As the old saying goes, if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything. Unfortunately, too many people don’t discover the truth of that statement until it is too late.

Adjustments to the monthly fee can be arranged in advance under special circumstances. If and when financial hardship is resolved, regular fees apply.
The monthly plans are set up as a discount for those who are willing to pay at the beginning of the month for their visits. These fees apply whether or not you have private health insurance as long as the charges are paid at the beginning of the month. This is a financial contract between you and me. I will provide you with a receipt for your insurance company that will reflect the number of discounted visits obtained in any given month. (Free visits are not billed to the insurance company.)
You are my employer. As your employee, I receive approximately two weeks paid vacation each year (included in the above fees). I may also be out of the office to attend one relicensure seminar and one or two additional seminars in order to update my knowledge so that I may serve you better.
Please note that if I am gone for a few days to a seminar or on vacation, fees are not prorated unless you have not received the number of visits paid for. This also applies if you miss appointments. (You may make up missed appointments at another time during that month.) If, on the other hand, you or I are gone for two weeks or more, your month will be extended accordingly. If you feel you have not received your money’s worth, please talk to me.
